Environmental Clearance

As mandated by the EIA Notification, 2006 any project or activity listed in the Schedule of the Notification shall require a Prior Environmental Clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests or the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority depending on the screening criteria of the Schedule. We provide comprehensive assistance for securing the Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Establish

We provide comprehensive assistance for obtaining the Consent to Establish (CTE)/No Objection Certificate (NOC) under Section 25 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Section 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

Consent to Operate

We provide comprehensive assistance for obtaining the Consent to Operate (CTO)/Consolidated Consent & Authorization (CC&A) under Section 25 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Section 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

CRZ Clearance

In the Coastal Regulation Zones defined under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2011 certain activities are prohibited, and certain other activities are permitted under regulation, regulates while regulating the same. The permissible activities require Clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests. We provide assistance for securing the Clearance from the Central Government.

Forest Clearance

Under the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 prior approval of the Central Government is required for using any Forest Land for Non-forest purpose. We provide assistance for securing the Prior Central Government Approval.

Rule-9

We support the generator and facilitator for the application of Rule 9 under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) 2016 as per central pollution control board guidelines.
